About Josh Farris

With 15+ years inside Microsoft as both a full-time employee and consultant, I've supported some of the most significant platform and AI launches in the industry:
Azure OpenAI ChatGPT, GPT-4, Microsoft 365, Windows 10 and many others.

What differentiates my background is the intersection of AI fluency, go-to-market execution experience, and human change experience.

I've spent years working directly with sellers, partners and internal teams. I've conducted hundreds of 1:1 conversations to understand where adoption breaks down and what actually drives behavior change at scale.
